Does my A$$ look big in this MANKINI???

The new diets on paper look aggressive but unexpectedly filling. Sure I miss the chicken, fish or veal but once you get your head over it and tell yourself  "I know I can I know I can" then its becomes alot easier. Exercises are definitely getting harder but I enjoy the challenge, well maybe not the creeps. Also hurt some muscle in my back somehow from skipping, physio reckons it the muscles from the ribs to my backbone which make it very difficult to breathe when I'm jumping up and down. Did the skips this morning but was struggling in the end, feels like someone bear hugging you from behind, anyone else experiencing this pain?  Other than not being able to breathe, the idea of someone bear hugging me from behind is also heart stopping. BUT never fear, I haven't let it stop me, I have persevered and to make up for the skipping, I'm doing an hour on the elliptical machine. Yday I even went to the gym TWICE!!

Definitely seeing some results now, I was very happy to realise I have 10 toes like everyone else. Ever been shopping and see something you like on sale BUT unfortunately its just a little too small for you? and you think umm, well once I finish my Atkins Diet that should fit like a glove, right? after convincing yourself you go ahead and buy it. Well, practically half my wardrobe consists of clothes for a body I never had and now bit by bit I'm tapping into it...Don't get me wrong , LL Cool J has nothing to worry about yet BUT its a step actually a leap in the right direction for me. I'll know when I have succeeded in reaching my goal and thats when I get to the last item in the back of my wardrobe.. That's right, the MANKINI!!!

  1. Hey Arnie, I had the same problem with my back from skipping. Sadly when you try skipping with the excess weight we were carrying, something had to give in. My chiropractor told me that when I skip I needed to look up and not at my feet as well as ben my knees to avoid the jarring on the spine. It took time and I did alternative exercises to my skipping and it eventually sorted itself out. I now skip with no back problems. Just be careful and listen to you body. Good luck.

  2. My man - I so know what you mean about that 'once I get back to fightin' weight' section in the closet... Well said. Either way - keep on keeping on bro. We're almost at 6 weeks!

  3. Good stuff Arnie, soon you'll be seeing all kinds of different parts of yourself! If you do your Day 90 photo in the mankini I'll put you in the PCP hall of fame!
