Gday my PCP gang

As this is my first official blog ever i just wanted to do a quick intro to my PCP team. Ive been in HK for 7 years now and being in the investment industry i have spent most of that time in LKF drinking and eating away. Dont get me wrong, certainly enjoyed it but its time for a different routine now. Giving up drinking or trying to do anything good in HK reminds me of that scene in the Godfather from big Al "Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in" BUT regardless, even I'm sick of my own excuses and the time for change is here. I'm sure my wife Annabelle and son Jayan will agree also. I'm doing it for them as much as I'm doing it for me. I think PCP is a great idea to getting fit especially with the support of my PCP peers and with my wife cracking the whip or shall i say skipping rope at home...I am very optimistic about reaching my goals.

Its been a week and i don't feel much different and certainly don't look any different. I am getting the hang of the skipping though, on Day 1 i could not do more than 10 without tripping over myself, now i can do over 50 without getting caught up. Also I find the quicker I skip, the easier it is.. and don't skip barefeet guys, not a good idea. The diet is, sorry was going ok as i have been making healthy choices although i did stray yday and Sunday and got wasted both afternoons. Last few days in HK have been absolute crackers so been out lunching in the sun with the family and friends.

BACK on track today and I'm going to cut alcohol completely out from today onwards, it only gets me into trouble anyway. Time to get real, time to get serious and time to get down with PCP!

  1. May the force be with you !!!
cutting alcohol completely is a big pain for me as well, but with the commitment to PCP and the result at end of this.
I think its a small price to pay !
